Volunteers Needed for Habitat Interfaith-built House - the Roof has been raised
This is a first - volunteers from the Jewish community, Episcopal churches, and Presbyterian churches will join in its construction. Volunteers will work on Fridays and Saturdays for the months of September, October, and November with the goal to complete Ashely Bethel's house before Thanksgiving. Currently her house (located at 4022 Grand Avenue) needs painters and caulkers. If you would like to volunteer, contact Chris Valentine at 290-9500 or .
