Sunday, September 5, 2010: Join us for worship and communion at 10:30am. There is no Sunday School this Sunday. (Please note: Sunday, Sept 12 will be our Rally Day, the beginning of the fall schedule for Sunday School classes and for our two worship services schedule - at 9:30 am and at 11:00 am). Rev Doodle Harris will preach "Turning." Scripture readings are Psalm 139:1-6, 13-18; Jeremiah 18:1-11. Child care will be provided in the Walker-Nevin Bldg.
The "Meditation" will be played by Jan Ward, Organ, "Partita on 'Simple Gifts'" (Goemanne).
The Chancel Choir with Robin Sutherland conducting, will sing "Simple Gifts."
Robin Sutherland, Mezzo-Soprano and Edward Caruthers, Baritone will sing "One Bread, One Body." Jan Ward, Organist will play "Beautiful Savior."
